1. Information we process
- Public blockchain data: wallet addresses, contract addresses, fee destinations, transaction hashes, pool identifiers, balances, and public-chain events.
- Launch content: token name, ticker, description, pair selection, artwork, social links, fee settings, and vanity suffix.
- Uploaded media: image bytes, file type, dimensions, and a sanitized copy of the original filename.
- Device and security data: IP-derived one-way hashes used for rate limiting, basic request logs handled by hosting providers, and essential anti-abuse or security cookies.
- Device-local preferences: theme choice and previously used custom pair addresses stored in your browser.
Ace does not ask for or store your seed phrase or private key. Your wallet provider handles connection requests and signatures. Do not provide secret wallet credentials to anyone.
2. Why we use information
We use information to prepare launches, display and index verified token pages, host token artwork, show creator portfolios, route fee-reward claims, secure endpoints, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, comply with law, and improve reliability. We do not use the current service for behavioral advertising and do not sell personal information.
3. What becomes public
Wallet activity and contract data are public by nature. Token content and artwork submitted for launch are intentionally public. Pairing a wallet with a launch can allow others to infer activity or identity. Do not upload confidential information, personal data, or content you do not want permanently associated with a public token.
4. Sharing and processors
Information may be processed by infrastructure, hosting, storage, RPC, blockchain-indexing, security, and wallet providers as needed to operate Ace. We may disclose information to comply with law, protect users and the service, investigate abuse, or in connection with a business reorganization. Public blockchain and token information is available to anyone.
5. Cookies and browser storage
Ace does not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Infrastructure may set strictly necessary security cookies. Ace uses local storage for theme preference, recently used pair addresses, and other device-local workflow state. You can clear these through your browser settings, although doing so resets those preferences.
6. Retention and deletion
Public blockchain records cannot be deleted by Ace. Indexed launch records and public media may remain available for as long as the service operates, legal or security needs require, or immutable references depend on them. Rate-limit identifiers and provider logs are kept only as operationally necessary under the relevant system's retention practices. Removing a listing does not erase third-party copies or blockchain history.
7. Security
Ace uses data minimization, same-origin checks, file validation, request limits, transaction simulation, and onchain receipt verification. No system is perfectly secure. Protect your wallet, verify the domain and each transaction, use hardware-wallet safeguards where appropriate, and report suspicious behavior through the official contact channel once it is published.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, and to appeal or complain to a regulator. These rights do not make public blockchain data erasable. Ace's contributors are pseudonymous. If an official privacy contact is published, verify it against the current site before sending a request and do not include wallet secrets or identity documents unless a secure process is clearly provided.
9. International use and minors
Infrastructure may process information in multiple countries. Ace is not intended for anyone under 18. Do not use the service if local law prohibits it or if you cannot lawfully transfer information to the locations used by the service.
10. Updates and related disclosures
We may update this policy as the service, providers, or law changes. Material changes will receive a new effective date. Review the Terms and Risk Disclosures before using Ace.
