Speculation, volatility, and liquidity
New tokens may have no utility, intrinsic value, reliable price, buyers, or exit liquidity. Prices can move sharply, be manipulated, or fall to zero. Displayed price, market cap, volume, and chart data may be delayed, incomplete, estimated, or based on thin markets. Past attention or trading does not predict future value.
User-created tokens and fraud
Ace does not vet every creator, claim, social link, image, pair asset, holder distribution, or trading strategy. Creators and third parties may be anonymous, misleading, compromised, or malicious. Tickers and vanity addresses are not unique proof of identity. Independently verify the full contract address and do not rely on hype, badges, social posts, or a similar name. Pump-and-dump schemes and market manipulation may be illegal.
Smart-contract, wallet, and network risk
Contracts, wallets, RPC endpoints, bridges, sequencers, price routes, external interfaces, and Robinhood Chain may contain defects, be exploited, become congested, stop operating, or behave unexpectedly. A simulation can reduce but cannot eliminate risk. Transactions are generally irreversible; sending to the wrong address, approving the wrong asset, losing a key, or signing a malicious request can cause permanent loss.
Pair, pricing, dev-buy, and fee risk
Custom pair assets may be counterfeit, illiquid, restricted, fee-on-transfer, rebasing, malicious, or economically manipulated. Spot-price routes can be distorted. Developer buys change the opening distribution and price. Trading fees reduce proceeds and may accrue in both traded assets. Holder fee sharing is immutable at launch and does not guarantee income, value, or timely claims.
Robinhood Stock Tokens
Stock Tokens are not shares and do not give holders ownership or voting rights in the referenced company. Robinhood states that relevant Stock Tokens are debt securities that provide economic exposure to underlying securities, carry a high level of risk, and are not registered under U.S. securities laws. They may not be offered, sold, or delivered in the United States or to, or for the benefit of, U.S. persons, and other jurisdictional restrictions apply. A Stock Token appearing in a pair list does not mean you are eligible. Review the issuer's current terms before every use.
Regulatory, sanctions, and tax risk
A token's legal classification depends on its facts, economics, promotion, and jurisdiction; calling it a “memecoin” does not settle that question. Laws may treat an asset or activity as a security, commodity, derivative, money transmission, exchange service, financial promotion, gambling product, or another regulated activity. Sanctions rules apply to virtual-currency transactions. You are responsible for eligibility, licenses, disclosures, reporting, and taxes.
Third-party and data risk
Ace links to wallets, explorers, charting tools, RPC services, and trading interfaces that have separate terms and risks. Ace does not control their quotes, availability, security, or transactions. Indexed data is informational and may lag the blockchain. Always review the final wallet request and third-party quote.
Before you continue
- Verify the full token and pair contract addresses independently.
- Understand the total fee, slippage, approvals, dev buy, holder sharing, and fee wallet.
- Confirm you are legally eligible to use every selected asset in your location.
- Assume the token can become illiquid or worthless immediately.
- Never share a seed phrase or private key and reject unexpected approvals.
