1. Agreement and contributors

By accessing Ace, connecting a wallet, or submitting a transaction, you agree to these Terms and the Risk Disclosures. “Ace,” “we,” and “us” refer to the pseudonymous contributors who make this interface available. Ace does not represent a registered company, partnership, broker, exchange, custodian, or other legal entity merely because contributors publish software under the Ace name.

Pseudonymity does not make the interface, its contributors, or its users exempt from applicable law. The onchain and hosted portions of Ace are described on the Transparency page.

2. Eligibility

You may use Ace only if all of the following are true:

  • You are at least 18 and legally able to enter a binding agreement.
  • Your use is lawful where you live and where you are physically located.
  • You are not sanctioned, blocked, or owned or controlled by a sanctioned person.
  • You do not use a VPN, proxy, or other method to evade a legal or geographic restriction.
  • You are eligible under the terms applicable to every asset you select.

Robinhood Stock Tokens have separate issuer and jurisdictional restrictions. They are not registered under U.S. securities laws and may not be offered, sold, or delivered in the United States or to, or for the benefit of, U.S. persons. Other restrictions may apply.

3. What Ace is—and is not

Ace is software that helps users prepare and submit their own blockchain transactions and indexes verified public-chain events. Ace does not custody wallets or assets, execute trades as your agent, guarantee liquidity, set market prices, or provide investment, legal, tax, brokerage, exchange, fiduciary, or advisory services. Trading links open a third-party interface that supplies its own quote and terms.

Ace is independent from Robinhood, Uniswap, token issuers, wallet providers, and creators. A listing, badge, link, or indexed metric is not an approval, audit, recommendation, or promise that a token is safe or lawful.

Ace is not fully ownerless. The deployed contracts enforce permanent liquidity locking and snapshot launch terms, while administrative controls can change or pause terms for future launches. The hosted website, uploads, and index can also be changed or become unavailable.

4. Creator responsibilities

When you create or promote a token, you represent and agree that:

  • You have authority and all rights needed for the name, ticker, artwork, links, and other content.
  • Your token and its promotion comply with securities, commodities, derivatives, consumer-protection, sanctions, tax, intellectual-property, and other applicable laws.
  • You will not promise guaranteed returns, conceal material facts, impersonate a person or brand, or misstate affiliations, liquidity, fees, ownership, utility, or risks.
  • You will not manipulate trading, coordinate a pump-and-dump, wash trade, rug pull, defraud users, launder funds, evade sanctions, or facilitate unlawful activity.
  • You are solely responsible for disclosures, registrations, licenses, filings, and taxes applicable to you or your token.

5. Fees and economics

A launch currently includes a 0.0005 ETH creation fee plus network gas. The fixed 1% trading fee is split into a 0.5% creator share and 0.5% protocol share. A creator may add up to 10% additional creator tax. The final values shown before wallet confirmation control. Creator fees may accrue in both traded assets. Gas, slippage, third-party fees, taxes, and failed-transaction costs are separate. Paid fees are generally non-refundable.

6. Blockchain transactions and content

Transactions are user-authorized, public, and normally irreversible. Smart contracts, token metadata, vanity addresses, fee destinations, holder-sharing settings, and uploaded artwork may be permanent once launched. You must review every wallet prompt and contract address. Never share a seed phrase or private key with Ace or anyone claiming to be Ace.

You grant Ace a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and distribute content you submit as needed to operate and promote the service. You retain ownership of your content and remain responsible for it.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use Ace for unlawful assets or transactions; sanctions evasion; fraud, manipulation, or deceptive promotion; infringement or impersonation; malware; harassment; scraping that disrupts service; bypassing rate limits or access controls; probing or exploiting vulnerabilities; or interfering with the network, contracts, or other users.

8. Availability, moderation, and changes

We may restrict access, refuse indexing, remove content from Ace's interface, pause features, or cooperate with lawful requests. Removing content from Ace cannot remove or reverse blockchain data. Features, fees, and these Terms may change prospectively. A new effective date will be posted for material updates.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Ace is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, legal compliance, security, or accuracy, to the maximum extent allowed by law. You assume all risk from wallets, assets, contracts, counterparties, third-party services, regulation, and market conditions.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Ace and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of assets, keys, profits, data, opportunity, or goodwill; failed or irreversible transactions; or third-party conduct. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

10. Indemnity and disputes

To the extent allowed by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Ace and its contributors harmless from claims arising from your token, content, transactions, promotions, legal violations, or breach of these Terms. Disputes remain subject to applicable mandatory law and the courts that lawfully have jurisdiction. No arbitration clause or class-action waiver is imposed by this beta draft.

11. Contact and notices

Ace's contributors are pseudonymous. Any official contact method will be published on this site and should be independently verified against the current domain before use. Do not send seed phrases, private keys, identity documents, or other sensitive information. Privacy choices are described in the Privacy Policy.
